Privacy Notice

We build Netpreme with trust, security, and data minimization at the center. This notice explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you.

This Privacy Notice applies to Netpreme Corporation ("we," "us," or "our") and covers your use of netpreme.com and any related services, including our developer pilot program for X-Mem™ (also referred to as MTier).

Questions or concerns? Contact us at privacy@netpreme.com.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum amount of information required to deliver and improve our services. This data falls into three categories:

  • Account data. Name, email address, company, job title, username, password (stored hashed), and billing contacts you provide when creating or managing a Netpreme account or pilot program enrollment.
  • Usage data. Logs regarding platform performance, API calls, and configuration metadata that help us operate, secure, and optimize the service. This may include IP address, device and browser information, and timestamps of usage.
  • Support communications. Information you share with us through support tickets, email, or scheduled calls.

We do not process sensitive personal information.

2. Social logins

If we offer the ability to register or log in using a third-party account (such as Google or GitHub), we will receive certain profile information from that provider. The information typically includes your name, email address, and profile picture, along with any other information you have authorized that provider to share.

We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, how your identity provider handles your personal information. We recommend reviewing their privacy practices before linking your account.

3. How we use information

We process personal data to operate and protect our services, comply with legal obligations, and deliver customer support. Typical uses include:

  • Provisioning and authenticating access to the pilot program and related infrastructure
  • Maintaining audit logs and security telemetry
  • Monitoring quality, latency, and capacity trends across the X-Mem™ platform
  • Responding to product feedback, support requests, and inquiries
  • Sending administrative communications about service changes, security, and policies

Netpreme does not train any model on customer workloads. Data within customer inference workloads remains segregated and under your control.

4. Customer workload data

Netpreme does not collect, store, access, or retain any data processed within customer inference workloads, including model weights, inference inputs, KV cache contents, or outputs. All workload data remains under the sole control of the customer. Our infrastructure processes customer workloads transiently and does not persist any workload-related data after the session ends.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We only share personal information with trusted third parties who uphold equivalent confidentiality obligations, including:

  • Cloud and infrastructure providers that host our services
  • Billing, accounting, and payment processing vendors
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors) when required by law

We may disclose information to comply with valid legal processes or requests from public authorities. We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information with third parties for advertising purposes in the preceding twelve (12) months.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill contractual commitments, or meet legal requirements. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your personal information, we delete or anonymize it.

Operational logs related to platform usage, including timestamps, performance metrics, error reports, and audit telemetry, are retained for diagnostic, security, and service improvement purposes. These logs do not contain customer inference workload contents (see Section 4).

7. Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No transmission over the internet is fully secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to obtain a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@netpreme.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, subject to retention required for legal compliance or contractual obligations.

9. Cross-border transfers

Netpreme operates internationally, with team members and infrastructure across the United States and other regions. When we transfer personal data outside of the originating region, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards to ensure adequate protection.

10. Children

Our services are intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, please contact privacy@netpreme.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Updates to this notice

We review this Privacy Notice periodically. When updates are made, we revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-product notifications.
